Wet nappies keeping him awake

My 10 week old boy gets through so many nappies. I think he could almost sleep through the night is he wasn’t disturbed by them but he just seems to hate being in a wet nappy, even when it’s not much! Any ideas on how to help him sleep through his nappies?

What about a reusable nappy with a micro fleece liner? I use these for my son and even when the nappy is wet it feels dry against his skin. The extra padding might make it more absorbent for your son.
