1 year old's hands are freezing

My 1yo boy's hands are often really cold, even when the rest of him is warm. It's not all the time, but for example now when we are sitting playing in a 19 degree front room his hands are icy to the touch.

Anything to worry about? I am similar myself - my hands and feet are always cold even though I am in good cardiovascular health (my resting heart rate is under 50). Can this kind of thing be hereditary?

Thanks

Raynards syndrome?

Me and DS (7 months) are the same. Cold hands, warm heart!

My dd has always had cold hands and feet, still does and there’s nothing wrong, it’s just how she is.

Colder hands and feet are normal. 19c for us would mean cold feet for DS and heating on for a bit.
