Signs of constipation in a newborn

My DS is 3weeks old he's always sounds like he's forcing to do a pop he's taking breast milk and formula but more formula he's weeing fine and he does maybe 1 poo and while I change him and wipe his bum more comes out

His poos are still yellow and watery. Could it be colic I do give infacol and he does fart a bit
