Routine for 12wo BF baby

I know they don't really routines as such at this stage but I am concerned that my 12 wo doesn't have much structure in the day. He has roughly 2 long naps per day and feeds randomly throughout. He often goes 90 mins in between breast feeds. I've read that he should only be awake for 1-2 hours and should be feeding every 3 hours or so. I know all babies are different but I wondered if anyone could share their 'routine' for BF babies of a similar age? Thanks

My BF baby is 12 weeks too. We don't really have a routine with feeding, she feeds on demand throughout the day. I go for a walk for an hour at some point between 11ish and 2ish and she usually naps the whole time in her pram.

As I want her to have all sleeps in a room with an adult until 6 months we have just started a bath then bed routine aiming to have her sleeping by 8 and I watch tv on tablet in bed beside her with headphones.

My baby was FF but at that age she had no discernible routine for naps (she did have a bottle every 4 hours - obviously totally different to BF). A routine didn't begin to emerge until closer to 6 months for us.

I think at 12 weeks I started doing a bedtime routine in the loosest sense and started the day at the same time, but she was still held for all naps and just slept when she was tired. We just looked for sleep cues and jiggled her in our arms in a darkened room or put her in a sling.

They change so quickly at that age - ours also went through a long phase of taking 45 minute cat naps throughout the day. Two long naps sounds lovely.

Thanks @FizzyOranges and @Ihaveoflate
I have a 2.5 year old and can't remember anything that he did! I feel like had more naps than this one but I could easily be remembering it wrong. I used to take him out loads in the pushchair but lockdown and having a toddler is limiting our options really. Useful to know what other babies are doing!
