This is all the time even after she's had her milk. Could it be a comfort thing? Shall I introduce a dummy?

Thanks in advance Smile

It's normal. Don't give her a dummy if she hasn't had one so far.

She can find her hands in the night for comfort. A dummy you will have to get up to find for her.

@AnyFucker

Yeah I was thinking this.
If it's normal I'll leave it - just didn't know if it was safe her hands in her mouth all the time- I do wash them a good few times a day because of this!

I wouldn't bother introducing a dummy at this age. I will be a comfort thing, plus babies so like to have their hands in their mouths. My DD is constantly sucking her hands, I tried giving her a dummy and every time she has spat it out and put her hand back in.

Could be a comfort thing or could be early teething. My wee boy done the same thing, nuby do wee mits that have teething bits on them which are helpful

Both mine did this at a similar age, it’s a phase. Neither of mine had or needed dummies
