Mosquito bites (Or acne?) leaving dark spots on babies forehead. Is this permanent

You can see in this pic my 11 month old son has a dark spot near centre of forehead. This is a residual of what was once like a pimple-like thing either caused by mosquito bite (most likely) or acne . He has one on arm too after a mosquito bit him there.
I am really concerned if this dark spot will ever go away or will it just spread out and fades as he grows
My son seems to be reacting very badly to mosquito bites. It result in local inflammation like acne. His blood grp is AB+

I feel sad it's ruining my babies natural looks 😔

My son has a few scars which have faded a lot or totally from when he was a baby. I would t worry but maybe ask your GP for a phone call if it's worrying you.
