Indoor exercises for kids?

The weather is rubbish this week and we normally let off some energy on our daily walk outdoors.
Does anyone know of any YouTube/Prime/Tv channel videos that we can do indoors to get moving and burn off some energy when stuck indoors? DS is nearly 4.
Thanks 😊

You can watch all the Joe wicks videos or my 4 year old loved cosmic kids yoga on YouTube.

Have a disco. Just get whichever streaming service/the radio on, the teddies and any shakers you have. (Garlands/dressing up optional.)

We tried some exercise videos but my kids had more fun with copying Just Dance videos. Eye of the Tiger was fun.
I think I’ll put that on today as we’ve got rain too Smile

My 3 year old adores Joe Wicks or any exercise video. He just enjoys joining in.

Gosh, my 3 year old has zero interest in Joe Wicks. He loves cosmic kids but I wouldn't say it what he needs in terms of burning energy. I did put on a Simon Says YouTube video for him yesterday which he LOVED but it was only 2 minutes long 🙄 Needed 20 minutes of Simon says "jump" 😂😂
