Anti Reflux Milk - less wind??

I don’t know if some of you saw my other post but my little boy was diagnosed with colic by the health visitor - after trying loads of different bottles, medicines, milks etc nothing was helping so I started researching his symptoms and it sounds more like it is silent reflux than colic! We switched his milk Friday to cow and gate anti reflux and he seems a lot more settled and happier (fingers crossed) the only thing is he’s hardly bringing up any wind during and after feeds now. He doesn’t seem in discomfort at all but before he would burp burp burp and now hardly anything. My question is has anyone else had this with their little ones when using anti reflux milk? I don’t know if I’m over thinking it I just don’t want him getting trapped wind or could it have been the silent reflux causing him to burp more and now he’s on this milk (which is a lot thicker) his stomachs more settled so he’s burping less?
Sorry for the long post I just don’t want to fix one problem and cause another. I am going to ring the doctor’s in the morning and speak to them but I want other mums opinions too.
Thank you x

Maybe he will fart it all out instead!
If he's happy in himself I would stop worrying
