1 year old struggling to poo

I transitioned my little girl onto cows milk and ever since then she's really struggled to poo.
She's had a poo every day since, but is in a lot of pain when going and the stool is very hard. Today she was in pain and crying for over half an hour trying to push it out- in the end I ran her a warm bath which helped her.
I've tried prune juice, pears, she drinks plenty of water- just not sure what else to try? It's awful seeing her in this much pain. Thankyou

Can you try kiwi, grapes, blueberries, fennel tea, baby tomatoes, avocado, olive oil in mashed sweet potato? It should help.

Stop giving her cows milk?

There must be some alternative milks you can use. Seems like her discomfort is directly related to the cows milk, so why not try something else?

Why would you continue giving milk if it’s doing that to her?
