DS is currently on 4 bottles of milk and 2 meals a day (breakfast and lunch). I’m about to switch to 3 bottles and 3 meals a day and am so confused about how to fit it all in! Does this sound about right?

7am: wake and first milk
8.30am: breakfast
9.30am: nap
11am: wake
12pm: milk
1pm: lunch
2pm: nap
3.30pm: wake
5pm: dinner
6.30pm: milk
7pm: bed

Does that sound ok in terms of how everything is spread out? Confused

I'd give a bottle after lunch, mid afternoon. How old is your little one?

You've not said how old so it's hard to tell but I only offers milk after meals so I would switch lunch time milk to after the meal is my only thought but it depends where you are with weaning.

I'd also give the lunchtime bottle mid afternoon, probably just before his nap. When mine were all little lunchtime used to be anytime from 11.30am especially if their morning snack didn't quite last them.

I always gave the second bottle after the afternoon nap. Then switched that to a snack after a while, when we dropped down to two bottles.

Sorry all - he’s nearly 9 months!

So maybe switch the later bit round so it’s:

11am: wake
12pm: lunch
1.30pm: milk
2pm: nap
3.30pm: wake
5pm: dinner
6.30pm: milk
7pm: bed
