when did you talk to your child about sex my daughter is 7 and has started bringing up somethings that make me think its time. is this early?

i believe you should tell children at whatever age when they start to ask but thats just my opinion. Obviously if they get to 10 and still haven't asked then it is worth broaching the subject

there are loads of books available specifically for children at different ages. why not have a look in your local library for something suitable for a seven year old

i answer questions as they come up - i havent had a sit down convorsatin with any of them - but theya re free to ask anything at any time - and they do. from " what are condoms" to does it hurt when a baby comes out of your " vagina?" i say enquiringly. " yeah" comes the reply - its sodding agony - dont do it! i always tell the truth
