4 month old makes no noises

I've tried calling my HV but can't get hold of her. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and can reassure me!
My daughter has just turned 4 months and she doesn't babble, coo or giggle. She is literally silent! Very smiley but just makes no noise at all. She cries and grizzles just no baby noises when she's content.

Does she react to sounds ?

I would want her hearing checked just to rule out any issues. If you can’t get your HV would be worth trying your GP.
