Toddler won’t eat anything

Hi my two year old barely eats. He loves milk but I’m limiting him to 3 small cups a day. The only foods he will put in his mouth are dry foods like sandwiches with nut butter, pizza, chicken nuggets. He won’t even try fruit or vegetables. He starts screaming and batting them away without tasting. Same for all foods with sauces or unfamiliar foods. I’m so exhausted. I throw away so much food. He isn’t getting the nutrition he should be. His diet is so limited. But short of force feeding him I don’t know what to do. I feel like I’m failing him. He’s low weight but doctor wasn’t urgently worried. But skinny and just not getting good nutrition. Some days he goes to bed and all he’s eaten is 2 chicken nuggets and a piece of toast and I’ve thrown away a bin full of good food he rejected. How is he even living on that? Can anyone help me?
