Remote controlled groclock.

Basically, we're trying to get DD used to the idea that she doesn't get scooped up straight away in the morning, we want her to be able to hang out in her room a little bit without freaking out, which she does very happily in the day. SO a groclock seems ideal.

The issue is that her wakeup time varies so, so much - could be 5am, could be 8am. So setting the clock to say 6.30 would be completely pointless 80% of the time.

Is there anything out there that you can program from your phone? Like a snooze button on an alarm?

I don't know about a phone controlled device but we used to have a clock with 2 pictures. One was a bunny asleep which was a night light and the other was a bunny awake and walking with a stronger light. We taught them not to come out until 'bunny was walking' You could programme the time that the bunny walking light came on but it was the same every day so might not be much help to you.

I don’t understand the problem with a normal
Groclock? You just work out when you want to go get her (7.30 or whatever) and if she wakes at 5 she knows to go back to sleep and if she wakes at 8 she knows it’s time to wake up. What’s the issue?

This one looks more up to date and phone controlled but not as much fun as the bunny one.

Yeah this! The whole point in a gro clock is that you choose a time you want it to be acceptable for them to get up and that's what you set the clock for. I can't quite work out what you are wanting it to do.
