My baby is 6 months old and today he as vomited 3 times bringing up his solids and milk he normally doesn't vomit like this. I don't want to take him to the hospital obviously bexause of the covid situation in London. Any ideas what it could be should I worried? Hes fine otherwise like active and no fever or blocked nose

I wouldn't take him to hospital either.
At 6 months have you just started weaning. Allergies can present once they get exposed to various allergens or which vomiting can be a sign. Or it could quite likely just be a bug.
May be worth trying to get a phone gp appointment for tomorrow. Or if you dont want to wait untill tomorrow call 111 for advice.

Please see your GP or call 111 for advice (they can refer you to outbid hours GP). I agree hospital as a first step is not the best thing but you don’t want to mess around with young children if you’re concerned.

Give him
Dioralite rather than milk. If he gets worse take him in. He'll be kept separate from ? Covid patients. And very few children are in hospital with it anyway.

I would just keep an eye. Did you give baby any new food? Could be allergy. Make sure baby stays hydrated. Give formula and baby rice, banana and apple sauce. Those are easy on tummy.

Little and often with fluids. If not keeping those down then 111
