Baby scratched and ate paint off a plastic toy. Feeling concerned

My baby boy 11 month old who has grown teeth now has probably scratched the car part with teeth and consumed part of its paint.
He is fine though but I am wondering if those stuff is carcinogenic and heavens forbid does some harm to baby in long term .
You can see scratched part in bottom

He'll be fine!
Obviously it's not the best thing in the world for him to consume but, assuming the toy is from a well known manufacturer, they won't have used toxic paint as they have stringent safety grades to pass to even sell a toy for children.

My 13month old actively shoves gross city mud in his mouth at any given opportunity, my older boy once ate bird poo, both unscathed!

He'll be fine, if the paint was that carcinogenic it wouldn't be allowed to be used for anything, much less toys for babies. I can guarantee he will eat far more unsavoury things as he grows.

My son pretty much ate his cot. He’s fine (though continually finding tooth marks in the woodwork was alarming).
