A lot of baby weaning recipes seem to include cream cheese. What do you use - just Philadelphia?

Yeah but the supermarket own brands version of it - it's usually about £1.50 cheaper for exactly the same product. And use full fat.

Any spreadable full fat soft cheese will do - philadelphia is one option

My favourites for weaning were the Sainsbury's Organic and the Waitrose Organic ones. Very thick, so lends itself to mixing with vegetable or fruit purees.
