Been ebf DD for 3 months. Woke today and right breast felt really sore. She’s my third baby and I’ve had blocked ducts with the other two, but they were always obvious hard lumps and went after feeding/massage/hot showers etc. Today my breast just feels so so sore and tender, just touching it feels painful, but there no lump or redness. I’ve fed her loads on that side today, and it’s so painful to feed. But still no lump and breast is empty pretty much. Anyone every experience similar?
