7 month old sleep disruption

Hello,

So my DS was sleeping fine since about 3 months, waking up once in the night for a feed between 3am and 5am. He has slept through from half 7 to half 6 a few times. Since he has turned 7 months he wakes up 30 mins to an hour after being put down, I have to go calm him and try again. He will then sleep until 1am ish, wake for a feed but WILL NOT go back down. He just crys and stirs in his cot. I've tried to leave him for extended periods of time to see if he settles himself but this keeps ending up with him coming into our bed after an hour of getting up and down. I worry this is becoming a habit. I don't know what's changed or how to get him to go back down in his cot again!? Driving me mad now and making me dread night time. We have the same routine of bath, massage, feed, bed that he's had since weeks old! He has constant white noise all night, sleeps in his sleepyhead with blackout curtains and wears a vest, sleepsuit and 2.5 tog sleeping bag to bed so can't be cold!

Thanks for any help!

Absolutely nothing has changed
It's a very common leap

My advice? Stop looking for reasons and just go with the flow

Okay that's good to know thankyou!

I will go with the flow then 😊

It's so tricky when they've previously slept well. I remember being so tired so you have my sympathy
