Vertbaudet Warning: Beware of overheating if you have this baby/toddler sleeping bag

I purchased this sleeping bag from the Vertbaudet website around a month ago. It is described as 2 tog but when I received the item it is actually 3 tog as written in the label.

www.vertbaudet.co.uk/baby-sleep-bag-long-sleeves-petit-renard-blue-dark-solid-with-design.htm?ProductId=702290480&FiltreCouleur=6400&FiltreTaille=18%2F36M&tool=recherche_partenaire

I have contacted Vertbaudet and exchanged various emails - they have offered me a full refund and a £10 voucher (which hasn’t materialised) - but I am concerned that the description on the website has not been changed despite me insisting on this and suggesting a product recall due to the possibility of overheating.

I contacted the Lullaby Trust but they said that they do not investigate individual products and pointed me in the direction of Trading Standards. I’m not sure if this will be an option as the company are based in France and I am in the UK so thought I’d spread the message on here...

Shouldn't use long sleeved bags for overnight sleeping either as thats also an overheating risk

I just find it very hard to believe that they have not updated the description and it is still available for purchase. There is also no warning about overnight sleeping.
