Is it the one year vaccinations?

I posted on here a few days ago about DD being quite unsettled lately. She's just turned 13 months and had her vaccinations last Tuesday.
She's not herself but I can't explain it. She has started pulling my hair which is so painful, she seems generally dissatisfied with everything and she doesn't crawl over and give me a cuddle when we play. She is still smiley and happy when we do things she enjoys but it feels like she's not happy as a default which she usually is.
I thought they only felt rough for a day or two after the vaccinations - could this still be an after effect? She's eating ok although less than normal and she keeps biting or pinching herself and pinching me of pulling my or her dads hair - mostly to get what she wants (ie if she wants to get out of a nap or us to do something she will do this) it's literally only been the last week though.
She's had a cold since she started nursery pretty much and a cough (not covid, she got tested ages ago and the cough seems linked to lying down and the snottiness from the cold) so I'm wondering if that's all adding in too. Also wondering if her molars are coming through now too but it just seems odd that a week ago we had a happy cheerful little girl and now she just seems so dissatisfied all the time.
Has anyone else experienced this?

MMR has side effects at different intervals

@zaffa yes, we've just had the same thing with DD. She was out of sorts for a couple of weeks after her 1 year vaccinations, no major illness but just not quite right. It didn't help that she seemed to be teething at the same time and then we had the disruption to her usual routine from Christmas. Last week everything seemed to calm down again, we both noticed that sleeping and eating had got back on track but it took about 3 weeks to get to this stage. Hang in there, hopefully things will sort themselves out soon.

Thank you @freckledsloth that does make me feel better. I miss my happy little side kick! It's hard too as there is a disruption of routine over Xmas, nursery is closed so there's not much to do (T4 area so it's really the park) and she has no siblings close in age (DSS is 12 so not really a play mate) and we are probably all feeling a bit exhausted.
It's so hard to explain what I think the issue is too, she's not obviously sick just out of sorts and disgruntled with everything. I really hope she's back to normal soon (even three weeks is fine as long as I know she will revert to her happy self!)

Thanks @dementedpixie - looks like we are just about to hit some of the MME side effects then!

My 13 month old has her jabs on the 6th - I’m dreading it!! She didn’t react well to the last lot, is THE worst sleeper to start with and like yours seems have a constant cold (and cough when lying down at night). She also only has 4 teeth so teething is inevitable. I’ve read they can react badly between days 7-10 so I’m looking forward to that 😂
