The Christmas holidays with my nearly 2.5 year old and brand new kitten....it's a lot!

Looking forward to going back to work on Tuesday ... all be it in my home office!

Absolutely loved having my husband home for 2 weeks but I'm so looking forward to a quiet house (My son should be back in nursery on Tuesday barring any new anouncements - in SW England).

Kitten flying round the house breaking things and biting me ... toddler kicking off about anything & everything. They're both so so cute and I love them but my god they're doing my head in now

Haha don't I know it! I'm a cat lover and have wanted a cat for years and years, hubby was never interested/refused to let us get one (to be fair we rent so it's understandable). Then this year he bought me one for Christmas (got him beginning of Dec) - I was so overjoyed and even emotional! Then...we both realised how much extra work they are BUT we love him very much and it will all be fine in the end...keeps us on our toes anyway
(To be fair I'd probably have waited until my son was older to get one but it's lovely they'll grow up together).
