Very dark green, wet poo- 6 weeks old

I’ve texted my health visitor but want some thoughts in the meantime. My twins are 6 weeks old and have been formula fed for the last 3 weeks - they’re on Kendamil and seem to be thriving. They are gaining weight well, alert and content. For the last week or so they have been pooing roughly once a day or every other day and the poos smell foul, like stink out the room foul, fill their nappies and are a dark green khaki colour, they’re very wet. We are first time parents so didn’t think it was anything concerning but googling this morning after a nappy change I read this could be a sign of infection. Does anyone have experience of this? Will it clear up on its own? Do we need to change their milk?

My DD is 6 weeks old and is on Kendamil, poos are also a dark green khaki colour, also usually quite wet. I was told as long as they seem fine in themselves and don't have a temperature then they are fine (I was wondering what the definition of diarrhoea is in babies). Lots of different colour poos are normal apparently and its more of a problem if they are dry and crumbly than wet. The poos do stink though.
