Fees for private preschools in Oxford/Abingdon

I've posted in chat and had a couple of replies but was hoping I might get more this way. Just trying to find out what the rough cost is in this area (atm 3.5 year old dd and 2 year old dd are in a day nursery in London three days a week) as we will be moving there next April/May and I will have stopped work.

Dh wants to factor it into our outgoings so that we know what sort of mortgage we can afford.

I know ds will get the NEG (he already does) but dd won't be old enough at that point. We don't know which school ds will be going to yet as will have to sort that out once we've moved to the area.

Can anyone help? I would really really appreciate it

Sorry ds is 3.5 (don't have two dds if anyone is feeling confused)

petitfilou IO would say they vary very widely - I think the best thing you can do is call the individual preschool and get some ideas from them.
my local preschool charges £8 for three hours, but there is (I know) huge variation.
will preschool be enough to cover your child care needs?
let me find you a link for the OXCIS

www.oxoncis.org.uk/childcareinfo.php
try this website, call them and they should be able to give you some ideas. or just ring a few places (though it is half term here)
I am in South Oxfordshire by the way, where are you thinking of mvoing to?

Thanks yes preschool will be fine as I will be forced into becoming a full time SAHM (at least for a bit and am also thinking about no3) with this move.
Dh is a Dr and will be working at the John Radcliffe - so far we are considering Abingdon (haven't even been to visit yet!) and the edges of Oxford on the JR side (but suspect this may be out of our price range for what we're after)
