10 and a half month old baby bumped forehead but is playing fine now. There appears to be like a dent above his eyebrow. Should I be worried

my 10 and a half month old baby who crawls now was trying to get up on two feet by climbing up leg of a chair , he trembled and hit his forehead on the leg of chair . Honestly he hitting his head produced a loud sound which scared me. He cried for like half a minute but then started playing again
there's no bruise or anything , but why do I feel there's like a depression above his left eyebrow . maybe thats how his bone plates meet on forehead ?? maybe it was even before this incident I don't know. is it something to worry about

Please get him checked out; babies bump themselves all the time, but there shouldn’t be a dent!

I believe it's a and e for a bump going inwards but maybe call nhs in these times?

OP here. if he really did got a dent, it would have caused a bad bruise, isn't it . and probably he would have cried non stop . maybe I am overthinking ?

If its a new dent you need to take them a&e. It can be a sign of skull fracture of compression (bleeding). He may not have any other symptoms but really needs seeing

I'd be getting him to A&E now.

You definitely need to seek
Some medical advice, phone the NHS line and see if you need to take him to A&E

Phone 111, they'll send a paramedic if they're worried and then you'll get a second opinion on whether it's a dent or not.
