Child Contact centres Covid tier 4

We are due to take my step-children to a contact centre tomorrow to see their mum . We are in tier 4 .( as is the centre ) but she will be travelling in from tier 3. Is this ok ? I can’t find anything on the Gov website about this and the centre is closed for enquiries over weekend . I want to manage the kids’s expectations in case it’s cancelled ? Thank you in advance if you can help.

Seeing as children can move between parents still the actual contact would be fine but the centre will make their own decision if they can open so if wait and see

Ensuring that children still get their regular contact with both parents as normal is a specific exception to the rules in all tiers including tier 4. The contact can go ahead.
