Hello

I am starting dairy free today to try and help my baby who I think who has CMPA.

I am just wondering how long it took anyone to see a difference when you stopped having cows milk?

Thank you

Hi! My ds got worse for a few weeks then I stopped soy as well as the dairy and I think within a few days after that I noticed an improvement and within a week and a half he was great. Like a new baby.

So just be wary of soy, apparently it is a similar protein so some babies can react to that also, but you may be fine with it.

And Oatly Barista is the nicest milk I have found :)

I second the Oatlands Barista recommendation. Its nice and even froths.
My little one's symptoms took a very long time to improve (6 weeks or so) but he is Anaphylactic to milk, so perhaps an extreme case.
The eczema took the longest to improve.

It takes up to 6 weeks but you should hopefully see some improvement before that.
