Premature sleeping bags

Is there such a thing?
My little one is 5lb 5oz born 10 days ago, 36 weeks.
I'm so worried about her having blankets.. Is there such a thing as a sleeping bag that will fit her?

DS is almost 4 now, but when he was new born the advice wasn't to use a sleeping bag until 6 months.

Grosnugs (the swaddle-type ones) are suitable for 5lb upwards. DS was a bit bigger and we used one for the first few weeks and it was great.
