Pls can someone remind me how you move from formula in nighttime / morning bottle to cows milk after age 1?!

Hi

I’ve totally forgotten what I did with my first.

Dd2 is on 8oz formula in evening and 7 in morning. Surely it’s not the same amount of cows milk?

Thanks

I didn't know there was a way to do it so just poured in the same amount!

I don’t know! I cannot remember and it’s only been three years! Maybe it is the same amount

From 12 months they need about 12oz of milk a day whether cows or formula.

I stopped measuring when DS moved on to cows milk. We did a gradual transition though going from 7:1oz, 6:2oz etc until it was fully cows milk. The volume he gets now often depends on how much we have in the fridge!

I just replaced it one day.

I stopped the morning bottle completely and replaced formula with cows milk for evening bottle gradually over the course of a few days, but she probably wouldn’t have noticed anyway.

She is 17 months and still has milk after tea, but just 100ml as she just isn’t fussed. She has plenty of milk in cooking and on cereal.
