Red spots/marks nappy area

Do these marks and spots look concerning?
Noticed these on my 6 month old today..he seems fine and his usual self. Temperature fine etc. He has had a cold recently and his two front teeth have just come through.

Not concerned as such just wondering what I should do? Tried a bit of metanium this morning but doesn't seem to have done very much

Looks like a rash. Have you done the glass test where you put a glass over it to see if it fades? If it does fade it’s probably something harmless like a heat rash. If it doesn’t fade call 999 - that’s a sign of meningitis. I’m sure it’s harmless though if he seems fine in himself.
