I also have a 4 year old so some are hard times and others are more ish.

7.00 wake up and bf
7.30 breakfast, although she doesn’t really eat anything
9.00 school run and snack on the way
Go to park, feed the ducks etc on repeat. Once a week we go swimming and to forest school session when allowed
11.45 lunch
12.30 nap time, bf to sleep
1.45 wake her up if not awake
play, read, songs
3 to 3.45 school run in buggy
Watch TV, play with older sister and hot chocolate. TV on for 30 mins
5 Dinner
6.25 bath and stories with DH
7.30 bf to sleep, takes about 40 mins to go to sleep

Then what feels like a million bf over night.

I have a 17 month old. Our non-nusery days look like this:

6:45 wake up and breakfast /play in living room while I finish my cup of tea
8:00 get us both washed and dressed
8:30 walk the dog (toddler in sling)
9:15 small snack and nappy change
Morning outing (park or supermarket shop etc)
11:30 lunch
12 nappy change and down for nap
2:30 wake up from nap and snack
3:00 nappy change and get ready to go out
Afternoon activity (walk, park etc.)
5:00 screen time (Moon and Me usually)
5:30 family tea followed by a bit of playtime
6:30 stories
6:45 bed!

We are in tier 3 so not much to do. We both have good wet weather gear!
