Long sleeved vests

We brought some lovely long sleeved cable knit vests with matching leggings from Asda, but does baby need to wear another vest underneath the long sleeved one to be warm enough?

Depends on where you're going. If you're indoors and it's warm, it's fine. I guess they're usually used to go under another piece of clothing. I use them with dungarees or as a warmer layer under a baby gro at night.

I’d say just a vest and leggings probably isn’t enough at this time of year even indoors. Could you add a cardigan/jumper? Or yes a short sleeved vest underneath.

I don’t like double vests, looks so uncomfortable! I’d add layers on top.
Depends how warm your house is though, ours is 21 so vest and leggings is fine on my mobile baby but wouldn’t be right on a tiny newborn.
