Baby has had hiccups for 24 hours

My DS (8 months) has had hiccups on and off for the last 24 hours. They stop when he’s having his milk, eating or napping, but then come back again. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them and is this cause for concern? He doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort...

My DS was a big hiccupper, right from the womb! He tends to get them more often when he's got a cold or something brewing. My mum says I was the same! Might your little one be coming down with something?

I don’t think so, he seems fine in himself. He has had hiccuping episodes like this before but not for a while. Is it possible to get rid of them or not really?

Mine has hiccups all the time. She always did in the womb! Doesn't seem to bother her and I don't think there's much you can do...
