Hiya.. been using pampers premium protection for my 7 month old from birth but no nappy rash at all. But now as I couldn't find premium protection, i got pampers actual fit but started seeing nappy rash. I have been applying sudocream.

Anyone has similar exp? Also, please advice on any stronger or better nappy rash cream?

I find weleda nappy rash cream really good, but no advice on the nappies

Metanium is by far the best. I'd also try a different brand if those ones are nothing him Smile

I second Metanium, nappy rash is gone by morning.

Weaning may be more of a fa for than the nappies, keep in mind. If mine gets as much oranges or pineapple as he'd like he gets atrocious nappy rash. Never had a spark of it before solids.

I usually use Benpanthen, but in really bad cases the saviour is the blue and pink Fissans Bum Paste (it's magical, one application and all gone) but unless you have a South African shop nearby or a helpful relation there it's not much help.

When my DD has nappy rash I do a layer of metanium, then layer of sudocrem as a general barrier cream. Metanium is miracle stuff
