Calpol

DD is teething ( 6.5 months), I’ve given her half a dose of calpol (2.5ml) about 6 times in the last month, never more than once a night. Is that too much? I am conscious she will continue to teeth and wanted to get a sense if others used as much or I should try not to.

Thanks in advance .

I don't know the dosage bc my kids are not babies and haven't been for a long time but if by 'half a dose' you mean half the recommended dose for her age you are wasting your time giving it. It won't be effective.

6 times in one month?

That’s not a lot OP. You’re fine. I’m sure it’s perfectly safe so long as you follow the instructions about dosage amounts and how many hours apart they need to be.

Read the label on the bottle and don’t give the right dose more than 4 times in a day. Otherwise crack on when they need painkillers.
