Has anyone used a glow dreaming machine? Did it work for your baby?

I am on night four. No improvement yet but it is very early days.

I like it and it ties in with the suggestions in the gentle sleep book.

Nobeautysleep - did you end up purchasing?

Nobeautysleep · 31/05/2021 07:07

Yes, and I didn’t find it worth it, but I think that was more my baby’s reluctance to sleep then the product

I'm on night three, no improvements yet but it does say give it a week to see a change. I have high hopes. The static is actually really soothing to me so hope the baby feels the same about it

We’ve had ours for about 6 weeks, zero improvement or impact, the pink noise makes my DD cry, but I’m a big fan of using it as a night light and the humidifier makes the room smells nice so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thinkingthinking · 09/11/2021 14:30

Did anyone get any success with this? If so, how old are your DC? Mine is 2 and considering it...

Bookishnerd · 09/11/2021 14:36

My best friend swears by it

We bought one on her recommendation but it did SFA. We sent it back and got our £ back.

But as i say, my best friend says it’s the only thing that works for her two

Thinkingthinking · 09/11/2021 16:56

@Bookishnerd haha, ok thanks. Might be worth a try with the money back guarantee. Quite desperate now!!

Bookishnerd · 09/11/2021 17:10

@Thinkingthinking I hear you.

If you have an Alexa, there’s a pink noise function on that which plays continually. We are using that right now and it’s helpful…ish.

We still have multiple night wakes at 19 months, but he does go down alright and we get an evening. It’s just at 3am!

Thinkingthinking · 09/11/2021 18:54

@Bookishnerd thanks for the tip! I'll look into that. One wake at 3am sounds dreamy to me right now but I'm sure it's not for you!!
