Book for explaining pregnancy to toddler

I've searched the internet for a decent book to explain my pregnancy to my 2.5 year old. I can't find what in looking for. I want simple words and helpful pictures. Something that actually explains there's a baby in my tummy. Does this book exist?

I think I might have a go writing one myself. I genuinely feel like that's a gap in the market.

What things would you find helpful in such a book?
-That there's a baby in mum's tummy.
-That mum's tummy is going to get bigger and bigger until baby arrives
-That mum gets tired and might not be able to play as much
-That mum might feel sick sometimes
-A picture of mum holding the baby in her arms at the end.

I want the book to concentrate on pregnancy and that at the end of the pregnancy there is a baby. There seem to be plenty of books about what happens after baby arrives/about being a sibling.

What things would you like to see in such a book? Thanks.
