Ok, parenting fail number 324 of the day, ds 7 months crawled to the cat food and shoved his head it in in the 30 seconds I left the room. He’s determined to get back to it.
House is open plan mainly.
Cat litter tray in hidden in a wooden box type thing under bathroom sink. But there’s no extra space really in bathroom for food.
I have put the auto dry food feeder hidden by shoe rack.
Fresh food and water needs to be somewhere I can easily refil and remove once eaten. It’s too cold where we are to have outside in winter as freezes.
I have temporarily just put on top of a cabinet , but this isn’t really a great permanent option.
Any solutions? Anyone used those microchip feeders?
- and yes I know baby needs to be taught not to, but at 7 months he doesn’t understand so I need ideas for the next 6 months or so whilst his brain catches up with his moving!
