Joie I Gemm 2 Problem

Hello,

I have got the i gemm 2 car seat/infant carrier and the chrome dlx joie pram (any joie pram fits the car seat)

However - I'm really struggling to get the infant seat off the pram once it's on! The buttons are in an awkward place and the adapters don't seem the best to me. Is there an easier type of adapter that I don't know about?

Please help!

Hi, sorry this is so late! Unfortunately no there isn't really any other solution to this but if you wanted to get a different car seat, you can also use any Nuna, Maxi Cosi, Cybex, Recaro or Besafe car seat on the Joie prams as they use universal/maxi cosi adapters, which are used by loads of different brands.

Is it the release button on the car seat you're finding stiff? You could also try a bit of WD40 in the mechanism. Just be careful to keep it well away from any parts of the car seat that perform a safety function e.g. harness clips or the part that secures it to the base when used in the car.
