Teething-slight temp, loose pooh, vomit

Okay so apparently these things aren't connected. First baby never suffered with teething in the same way. Furst two teeth are coming through, he's been quite upset. The usual teething symptoms.. Plus he's had a slight temp, feels hot to the touch, he vomited yesterday, his avacado after his bath ans loose pooh today. He's nit been eating loads and is b fed. I'm thinking it's teething even though the Internet tells me different. Hes just got an upset stomach from it?

Any experiences?

My DS always has a poorly tummy when teething, he also has a temp (and gets a sore bottom) His sleep is also affected. To be honest He’s never been sick but when they’ve got a temperature they do get sick.

Put your mind at rest and get the GP to look him over. This past week I’ve thought my DS had a temp due to having his two back molars coming through at the same time, but took him to the docs just to be sure and turns out he had viral tonsillitis...only a very mild case they said but I’d have just put it all down to teething. Hope your little one feels better soon x x

Thanks @WhatsErFace2020 I think it's because he ate and then got in the bath straight after. He might have swallowed a bit of water whilst I was washing his hair. I think I will see how he is in the morning and then decide whether to go to the Drs. We haven't been anywhere so not sure how he could catch anything and our area is one of the worst hit for corona so I want to avoid it if poss.

I’m sure he’ll be 100% in no time, they bounce back much quicker than us x

I hope so, he's still not eating... Bless him. Another couple of days and hopefully he will be as right as rain. Poor little beggar. I can tell he's going to be one who suffers when he's poorly compared to my toddler who seems super tough!
