Help - nappy leaks

My week old DS is a really heavy wetter and often soaks through babygrows, especially at night. We’re already on our third outfit change tonight - last night we got through six 😫
He’s really tiny so we’re currently using Pampers size 0. Is it time to look at changing?
Please help - feeling pretty miserable!

Leaks were always a sign we needed to go up a size, I'd give it a try. I found we often needed a bigger size than the weight guidance from Pampers would suggest.

Go up and size and add a reusable nappy wrap over the top. The Motherease brand are excellent- airflow or rikki wouod work for you. Have a look on the Nappy lady website

I'd just change brands or go up a size. Not all brands fit or perform the same as babies are not identical.

We started with pampers but switched to Boots own brand and they were so much better.

Thanks everyone - bigger size seems to be doing the job!

That’s a lot of leaking though, are you checking where his penis is pointing before you close the nappy? If it’s anywhere but straight down, move it.
