advice needed about leaking motherease rikki wraps

Hi there. I started my DD on bamboozles last mth when she was 3 mths old, and have been using motherease rikki wraps with them. They are leaking on and off though-I can't seem to get a good seal around her left leg for some reason, maybe because her legs are quite slim.Should I stick with the wraps and hope the problem sorts itself out when she puts more weight on, or is there a better wrap for a slim baby? Any advice would be appreciated! thanks

I would suggest an airflow instead - you can adjust the leg poppers to get a more snug fit

have you tried pulling up at the front that helps tighten the leg holes.

is it actually leaking ie wee dribbling out, or is it wicking through onto her clothes because the cotton nappy is poking out?

Thanks for the suggestions. I may try the aitflow suggestion. I've tried pulling up the front but no joy. The bamboozle isn't actually poking out,but the top of the leg isn't sealed properly by the wrap, so that is where the leak comes from.

Have you tried boosting? It might be just that the nappy can't hold any more wee iykwim? IME any wrap will leak if the nappy is completely sodden.

Hi there, you could try wool wraps such as bumpy wool or popolino. They seem like hard work, but require less washing than PUL, add absorbency and are more breathable.
My little boy had skinny legs and we used to use bummis superwhisper medium size on him, they will fit the skinniest of legs. The medium will easily fit over a size 1 bamboozle and I used to use them over the two size two bamboozles that we used in the daytime.
We had a med/lrg airflow, which was a bit too big on the leg, so check the sizes.
