Is this poo cause for concern (picture inside)

Hi all my 3 week old has done two very pale yellowy poos which are very runny almost like he's peed and pood at the same time from both ends
Of course Google is very intense is telling me he might need a liver transplant (yikes!!) Can anyone put my mind at ease please (sorry for the picture)

I should add we are combination feeding so both breast and formula as top ups

Ita just baby poo i think.....they do weird ones. Hes still little too so things not settles down yet. I've had 3 babies and would not have been alarmed by that nappy

Thanks so much everyone.. I thought it looked too pale and instantly got concerned. Google not helping either!! Thanks for putting my mind at ease

Yes! We were warned at an antenatal class to expect the ‘korma poos!’ 🤣
