Hello :) my 10 month old usually cries whenever I leave the room and is always happy to see me upon return, if her dad is playing with her or she is distracted she usually doesn’t even notice however. But lately over the past few days whenever I leave the room she just doesn’t seem to care! Don’t get me wrong I’m glad I don’t have to hear her cries 😢 but have I done something which has affected our attachment? I haven’t changed my parenting at all!! Is it normal? Is it because she’s in her own home and knows I’m coming back? Obviously because of covid we’re always at home!! I know I probably sound daft but just want her to still feel secure and happy ❤️

They just learn that you'll come back Smile. I remember being perturbed when dc1 stopped doing it too Grin, it's completely normal from a development perspective.
