Mothercare Madrid car seat

Hi all

I have lost my instruction manual and have no idea how to adjust the height of the back on this car seat. Would anyone have a clue how to?

Just Google the car seat brand followed by instructions And not comes up with videos etc

Yes I've tried that already but not had much luck unfortunately.
