When to introduce pillow and duvet?

Just that really. LO is 19 months and I've been wondering when is the right time to introduce a pillow and duvet. Still in a cot and sleeping bad at the moment, thank you

I got them a pillow when they were one, duvet when they went into toddler bed at 2.

I gave a pillow at 1year and duvet at 2½ when ds came out of the sleeping bag

I wouldn't introduce a pillow or duvet until they're in a bed as opposed to in a cot. My dd was transitioned to toddler bed at 18 months due to climbing out her cot, so she had a duvet then.

I got DS a pillow and duvet when he was about 16months. He started to get frustrated with the sleeping bag and I didn't want him to be cold. Most of the time, he lies on top of the duvet though🤦‍♀️

My son never liked sleeping bags. We moved him to a pillow and duvet at 12 months (sounds silly but I checked that they were thin enough to breathe through easy.) He's 2 now and we've never had a problem with them.

I kept DS in a sleeping bag until we took the side off his cot at 2. Sleeping bags are so much easier as he now kicks the duvet off and complains, but not practical to use them once they can get out of bed themselves!

They got pillows at around 12mo as I found they work a bit like an anchor for their heads and stopped them travelling around their cot through the night.
They got a duvet at 14 and 16mo when they moved into a toddler bed.
No issues with either, and it had the very welcome bonus with DD1 of allowing her to STTN for the first time ever (and consistently so). It turns out she likes to be able to spread her arms and legs out as she sleeps, or stick a leg out to regulate her temperature if hot.

DD moved into her own bed with thin quilt and pillow at one, though I seem to get most use out of the pillow as I'm spending half the night in with her while she lies at boob height feeding back to sleep. (Slowly moving on from co-sleeping)

Very flat pillow at 18 months, in a single bed with pillow and duvet by 2.

My dd had a very flat pillow and blankets in cot, from about 1. Started off because I have her one of mine as I thought the smell might help her sleep in her cot better! She's just gone into
A toddler bed with toddler size duvet at 2.5.

We introduced a pillow and duvet into the cot bed at around 15 months. DS got on fine with it and he's now age 2.5 (and still quite comfy in the cot bed with his duvet).

I only just have a couple of months ago, he's 2y 9m

We introduced pillow and duvet at 2. She absolutely hated blankets since she was tiny so I’m surprised at how well she has taken to them

We introduced a pillow into the cot just after DD turned 2 and a duvet when we moved her into the cot bed a few months later. She'd been getting out of her sleeping bags a lot but now seems to just prefer sleeping on top of the duvet in the sleeping bag without trying to get out of them anymore.
