Dealing with sibling rivalry

Hi all,
My three eldest daughters are all in the sport of majorettes and are naturally very competitive (very much like me I'm afraid) and very advanced but since lockdown, they have been training together and on the same zoom practice calls all the time, they have been at each others throats every time they pick up their batons, especially my 5 year old twin girls, my three year old isn't afraid to get involved either though. How can I deal with this because hubby and I are reaching the end of our tether.
Thanks to everyone in advanced for any suggestions,
Abbie :)

Can they each do it in a separate room, logged into the zoom call on a different computer / tablet?

Or tell them that if there's any fighting the practice session is immediately ended - if they want to do it they will have to figure out how to get along with each other (similar to if kids fight over a toy you remove the toy from all of them)
