DS banged his forehead yesterday around 4pm, despite being in a little pain was ok. He played out in the garden for an hour or so and was fine, but couldn't face eating any tea which is unusual for him. He was normal this morning before school yet by 11am he had been sent home after vomiting in school. He looks pale and is with a headache ( he's had calpol) and been sick twice since coming home from school. Is it just a bug or an after effect of banging his head?

Call 111 and ask their advice.

Yes call 111

111, but I suspect they will send you to hospital.
DS vomited and blacked out for about a second a couple of hours after knocking his head. We were kept in overnight for observations and a scan.

We’ve always been told by 111/a&e that they need seeing if they’ve been sick more than once.

MrsFrTedCrilly · 13/11/2020 20:51

Call 111, hope he’s ok

Agree with PP, call 111 for advice.

They will probably send you to a & e so make sure your phone is charged.

A and e. Take no chances with a head injury

WickedWestieWitch · 13/11/2020 21:05

I'd be straight to a&e with that
