DS bad cold - OK to go a walk if wrapped up?

9 month old has his first bad cold and pretty snotty.

If he is well wrapped up in suit and buggy blanket will a walk help or should I keep him inside?

Of course. Some fresh air for 10 mins would be good for both of you, unless he's running a temperature. Then keep inside and give plenty of fluids.

I often find being outside is better when I have a cold.

Yes, some fresh sir & change of scenery will do him good. But be careful you don't make him too hot whilst trying to keep him cosy!!

My 7 month old goes to nursery 2/3 days a week and seems to have a constant snotty nose.

I go for walks with him.
