my little girl is 8 months, she is in her own room sleeping now
the past couple weeks she has been waking up every hour sometimes she's not even going an hour! this goes on from the moment she goes to bed, I'm exhausted, I have started back work yesterday I was having to splash cold water on my face to keep myself awake in work...
What can I do? She didn't seem sore with wind or hungry when she's waking up as soon as I lift her she goes back to sleep
I don't always lift her when she cry's I go through and " shhhh" her and pat her and sometimes she goes back to sleep but other times she goes into a full screaming match till I pick her up

Massive separation anxiety peak. They just want to be close to you.

Cosleeping worked for us.

I tried co sleeping last night, it usually works for us (since 6 months we’ve done it for a few hours In the morning or sometimes over night) but last night it didn’t really work. 2 hours maximum at a time.
